Are you a TechKey?

TechKeys is a local based Chicago e-shop that sells novelty keycaps for Cherry MX based switches. I have purchased and have been given a number of TechKey’s collectible keycaps. As I rolled my baggie out (not that kind of baggie) onto the floor, it’s like staring at a bunch of candy…handfuls of candy! The bright and colorful array of keycaps gives anyone the versatility to creatively place them on their keyboards.

While i3oilermaker would prefer to have a keyboard full of color, I like it a little bit more classy 🙂 Regardless of what your taste is, TechKeys has a little something-something for everyone. Let’s take a look!

To this day, I still have no idea what Vim actually is, but the keycap is dope as hell. Always reminds me of that cartoon ‘Invader Zim.’ Anyone seen it?

It’s not just for linux – there is a GUI version for windows and it’s installed by default on OS X with a GUI version available.
